1.) To start off, you need to download first Teamviewer by going to this address http://www.teamviewer.com/en
2.) When download is complete, double click the downloaded file
3.) After that you will be prompted to the Teamviewer Setup window, select the following options
3a.) Basic Installation
3b.) Personal / Non-commercial use only
3c.) Click Accept or Finish
4.) Then text, call, or email us with the following details
4a.) Company Name
4b.) Software Problem
4c.) Your ID and Password (Please see picture below)
